This minor update offers the following improvements:

• Lists (bulleted, numbered, checklists) can be added to journal entries
• Journal entry templates can be assigned to specific journals
• Added a Journal > Entry Templates menu and keyboard shortcuts for easily accessing templates
• The navigation bar at the top of the window can be hidden for a simpler interface (View > Hide Navigation Bar)
• Fixed a problem where photos embedded in journal entry text would appear too big
